WCP's Return Policy
WCP's return policy is as follows...
Customers will have 30 days after receiving items, per tracking confirmation, to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, and with all the original packaging and tags. The original receipt or proof of purchase is required to start the return process.
Purchased items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Requested cancellations of preordered items made, before shipping, are subject to a 15% restocking fee for credit card processing and other fees associated with processing your order online.
A purchase return is initiated by sending an email to: wadhamscartsandparts@gmail.com.
If your return is accepted, a return address will be sent to the email you have provided or the email used to initiate the return. Items shipped to WCP with out first requesting a return authorization, will not be refunded.
Returns on golf carts, sale items, used items, or gift cards are not eligible for a refund.
WCP will notify you when your return is received and inspected. When items are recieved in the condition stated above, notification of a refund status will be sent. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember banks and credit card companies will require time to process and post your refund.

Please fully inspect your order when it is recieved and contact WCP immediately if the items purchased are defective, damaged, or if you receive a wrong item. Per our parts suppliers requirements, customers will have 48 hours to report damaged items.
